Hello, I’m Einas Alabd!
(Supervised by Megan Coit, LCSW-S)
Therapist in Arlington, TX
I’m Einas Alabd, a Licensed Master Social Worker practicing under clinical supervision and offering trauma-informed therapy for adults, couples and families in both Arabic and English. I provide a supportive, culturally attuned space for individuals and couples navigating life’s emotional challenges, identity questions, and relational stress.
Therapy can feel like a meaningful step toward understanding yourself — especially when cultural values, family expectations, or personal history make things feel heavy or conflicted. My work honors both your story and your strength, creating a space where you can explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools for lasting growth.
Who do I work with?
I support:
First- and second-generation adults balancing cultural traditions with personal identity
Individuals and couples seeking emotional connection and deeper self-understanding
Folks navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity stress, and life transitions
Therapy with me is collaborative and rooted in cultural humility, emotional safety, and respect for your lived experience. Together, we’ll explore the internal patterns and narratives that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
Cost:
Private pay:
$ 125 / session (Initial & follow-up)

My Approach
I blend evidence-informed therapeutic approaches with warmth and curiosity, tailoring our work to your needs rather than fitting you into a rigid model. I strive to support you in ways that feel meaningful and relevant to your experience.
Language & Cultural Sensitivity
Being fluent in Arabic and English allows me to offer therapy and mental health evaluations in a way that centers linguistic comfort and cultural context, especially for clients navigating Middle Eastern cultural dynamics, intergenerational relationships, and community expectations.
What to Expect
Whether we’re unpacking past wounds, managing day-to-day stressors, or strengthening relationships, I aim to help clients:
