Hello, I’m Orlando Lizardi!

Therapist in Arlington, TX

I’m Orlando Gabriel Lizardi, a licensed clinical social worker and therapist in Arlington, TX. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable of handling life’s challenges without losing yourself in the process.

Seeking therapy takes courage, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burned out, or disconnected, therapy can be a place to better understand yourself and begin creating meaningful change.

My Approach

My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy models, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP. I tailor therapy to your specific needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Together, we focus on:

  • Understanding patterns that keep you stuck

  • Building emotional awareness and regulation

  • Developing practical coping strategies

  • Creating sustainable, long-term change

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, respectful, and human. You don’t need to have everything figured out, we work through it together.
