Mental Health Evaluations for Immigration

We provide evaluations to accompany the following cases:

  • Hardship Waiver/Cancellation of Removal (Perdon)

  • VAWA

  • U-VISA

  • Asylum

  • T-VISA

Mental Health Evaluation:

  • Standard Detailed Evaluations: $700

    (15 days turnaround time)

  • Concise Evaluations: $500

    (8 days turnaround time)

  • A mental health evaluation is a clinical assessment conducted by a licensed mental health professional to document psychological, emotional, or trauma related factors that may be relevant to an immigration case.

  • We offer evaluations for Asylum cases, Hardship Waivers (I 601-A), VAWA cases, U visas and T visas, and Cancellation of Removal

  • Although it can be therapeutic to talk about your current life stressors, this evaluation is for documentation purposes and is not ongoing therapy.

  • They are a one time appointment that can range from 60-120 minutes depending on your history and story.

  • Yes, it is a written bio=-psycho-social report that is delivered to you or your attorney.

  • We conduct the evaluations in English, Spanish, & Arabic. an interpreter may be used if needed, but this needs to be discussed in advance.
